A magical stay for the family

Our kids loved the water park, and each day, the entertainment team lit up our evenings with laughter and joy. The buffet had a delightful variety we appreciated.

However, we faced a long wait for room service to fix our clogged toilet, which took over 24 hours to resolve, leaving us feeling quite frustrated.

activities offered at the resort. The shows were entertaining, and we appreciated the spacious and clean room. However, the service at the restaurants could be improved, as we experienced some delays with our orders.

The spacious and clean room made for a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of having a well-stocked fridge included. Daily entertainment by the pool was a highlight, and my family really enjoyed the BBQ dinner. While the beach was beautiful, we did find the vendors a bit overwhelming at times. Overall, the experience was nice, especially with the easy access to various activities like watersports and the nearby attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana! The food selections were amazing, with something for everyone. The beach was pristine and well arranged, perfect for a family day out. We enjoyed the convenient quick food options available while at the water park and loved that we could reserve our dining spots through an app before arriving.

A few bartenders were less than welcoming.

This place was just a fitting option for a speedy visit in Punta Cana with value for money. The Italian restaurant had absolutely delicious lasagna, definitely a highlight of my stay. Just steer clear of the circus restaurant. the food was not good.

Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed our 5-night stay in a Junior Suite Deluxe. Also, be cautious about bedbugs. my daughter had bites. Check out poolside snacks for a tasty midday treat. Wish pools stayed open later!

We loved relaxing at the outdoor pools and taking advantage of the spa services. Just a heads up, it was a bit of a hike to the beach, but overall, we had an amazing time! 🌊

Enjoyed a good stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia. The spacious rooms offered fine views. Though the food could use improvement, I found the lively atmosphere and variety of activities very appealing.

Stunning views and fantastic staff!

I absolutely loved the view from my room, which was right in front of the castle. The pools were large and relaxing, and I can't stop raving about the delicious piña coladas. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me warmly every time I walked by. However, the pool was a bit too warm due to the intense sun, but that was beyond the resort's control.

The family-friendly atmosphere was fantastic, with lively entertainment and a beautiful beach, but communication with the staff was often challenging, and some services, like room assistance, took longer than expected. The food varied, with some great options but also some disappointing meals.
